分析了连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料(CFRCMCs)中界面相类型以及各界面相在CFRCMCs中的作用,综述了热解碳(PyC)、氮化硼(BN)、难熔氧化物以及复合界面相在SiCf/SiC复合材料中的应用现状,最后展望了SiCf/SiC复合材料界面相的发展方向.
分析瞭連續纖維增彊陶瓷基複閤材料(CFRCMCs)中界麵相類型以及各界麵相在CFRCMCs中的作用,綜述瞭熱解碳(PyC)、氮化硼(BN)、難鎔氧化物以及複閤界麵相在SiCf/SiC複閤材料中的應用現狀,最後展望瞭SiCf/SiC複閤材料界麵相的髮展方嚮.

In this paper, the interphase types and the effects of interphase on the material properties of continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites (CFRCMCs) are analyzed, and the research development of the PyC,BN, refractory oxide and mutli-layer interphase are reviewed. Finally, the development trends of interphase in SiCf/SiC composites are prospected.
