为了消除汽车试验中人为因素的影响,提高试验数据的准确度和有效性,研究开发了一种可以代替人类驾驶员进行汽车试验的汽车驾驶机器人系统.介绍了驾驶机器人系统的组成、汽车性能自学习算法及控制系统的设计.最后,给出了驾驶机器人用于排放耐久性试验的实车试验结果,结果表明驾驶机器人车速跟踪控制精度满足汽车试验的要求,重复性好,验证了驾驶机器人控制性能的有效性.

To eliminate the uncertainty of vehicle test results by human drivers and to ensure the accuracy and reliability of vehicle test results, a robot driver system for vehicle test instead of human driver is developed. The system configuration, the vehicle performance self-learning algorithm and the control system design of robot driver are presented in detail. Finally, a real test result of the vehicle durability emission test based on robot driver is given. Experiment results show that the robot drier is able to control tested vehicles with good repeat-ability and consistency. Therefore, the valid of control performance of robot driver is verified.
