通过网棚内人工接种1叶1心至11叶1心期的3份抗玉米粗缩病自交系材料(DB544、沈137、90110)和3份感粗缩病玉米自交系材料(掖107、掖478、5003),调查其发病率,明确了抗病材料7叶前的抗病性与7叶后一致,感病材料7叶后的抗病性比7叶前要强;由此认为,玉米苗期为研究抗、感玉米粗缩病材料对灰飞虱的趋性及生存力影响的适宜时期.进而研究了相同环境条件下,网箱或网罩内灰飞虱在抗、感玉米材料上的落虫数和灰飞虱在上述6份材料上饲养死亡50%的时间.结果显示:灰飞虱对抗、感玉米粗缩病材料的趋性以及灰飞虱在抗病材料和感病材料上的生存力差异均不显著,认为玉米对粗缩病的抗性不是通过抗传毒介体灰飞虱而实现的.

By inoculating rice black-streaked dwarf fijivirus(RBSDV)on 3 maize resistant in-breds (DB544,Shen137,90110) and 3 maize susceptable inbreds (Ye107,Ye478,5003) from the 1st leaf stage to the 11th leaf stages through viral vector, Laodelphax striatellus,and reading the disease incidence, it was concluded that the seedling resistance of resistant inbreds corresponded with the resistance of fully grown plant and resistance of susceptible inbreds was lower in less than 7 leave stages than 7-11 leaves stages. Furthermore, the tropism of Laodelphax striatellus to the maize inbreds and the survival capability of Laodelphax striatellus on resistant and susceptible inbreds were studied. The results indicated that there was no significant difference on the tropism and the survival capbility between resistant inbreds and susceptable inbreds. Therefore, the resistance of maize inbreds to the disease caused by RBSDV was not due to the resistance to the vector of Laodelphax striatellus.
