Switch%pulse%grid%cathode%ionization%numerical simulation
为设计兼具闸流管和真空电子管优点的开关器件,利用Xoopic软件,采用有限时域差分法(FDTD)和YEE网格法,对所设计的开关器件的工作过程进行了数值模拟。分析了源栅极和控制栅极的相对电位、源栅极和控制栅极的相对位置与栅孔直径的关系以及电磁场分布等因素对预电离的产生和预电离区域稳定性的影响,得到了电场对应电压为200~300V、磁场的磁感应强度为0.045~0.055T时,开关器件可维持稳定预电离状态的结果,同时确定了当栅孔直径为1.2mm,两栅极直径之比小于0.9时,控制栅极能对器件的通断起到有效控制作用的结论。

In order to design a switch device that is provided with the advantages of the thyratron and the hard tube,with Xoopic software,FDTD and YEE mesh method are used for numerical simulation on the active process of the switch device. It is laid particular emphasis on the analysis that the emergence of preionization and stability of preionization region which are influenced by electric potential difference between source grid and control grid,relation of relative position on two grids and hole diameter of grids,and distribution of electrical magnetic field,etc.. A result is obtained that the switching device can maintain a stable pre-ionization state when the corresponding voltage of electric field is between 200V and 300V,also when magnetic induction density of magnetic field is between 0.45T and 0.55T. It is known that if the grid aperture is 1.2mm and the radio of the two grid diameters is less than 0.9,the control grid can play an effective role in the control for working process of the switching device.
