目的 探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清脂源性细胞因子(Apelin、抵抗素)水平的变化及其意义.方法 以98例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇为研究组(其中轻度子痫前期36例、重度子痫前期32例),30例同期分娩的正常孕妇为对照组,采用ELISA法检测血清Apelin和抵抗素水平;同时检测血脂水平.结果 轻度、重度子痫前期患者血清Apelin和抵抗素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清Apelin和抵抗素与TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C之间均呈显著相关(P<0.01).妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清Apelin及抵抗素水平呈高度正相关(r=0.670,P<0.01).结论Apelin、抵抗素等脂源性细胞因子在妊娠期高血压疾病的发病中可能发挥一定的作用.

Objective To clarify the role of adipocytokine,apelin and resistin in the pathogenesis of hyper-tension disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP). Methods The serum levels of apelin and resistin were measured using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 68 HDCP patients and 30 normotensive pregnant women. 98 women were divided into three groups: group A consisted of 30 normotensive pregnant women (NPW) ;group B consisted of 36 women with mild pre-eelampsia(MPE) ;and group C consisted of 32 women with severe pre-eclampsia(SPE). Results The serum levels of apelin and resistin in women with MPE or SPE were respectively significantly higher than those in NPW(P<0.01 ). Serum levels of apelin and resistin were correlated significantly with TG ,TC, and LDL-C, HDL-C in HDCP women (P<0.01). There was a correlation between the serum levels of apelin and resistin in HDCP women (r=0.670, P<0.01). Conclusion These findings suggest that apelin and resistin may be involved in the pathogenesis of HDCP. Moreover,reduced serum concentrations of apelin and elevated resistin are associated with development of severe disease.
