通过对橡胶多主棒孢进行生物学特性研究,结果表明:菌丝生长的适宜温度范围为25~30℃,最适温度为30℃;最适pH范围为4~8;菌丝在以麦芽糖为碳源和以KNO_3为氮源的培养基上生长最好.分生孢子萌发的适宜温度范围为20~35℃,最适温度为25℃;水滴是孢子萌发的必要条件;在不同的pH条件下分生孢子萌发无明显差异;分生孢子在果糖中萌发率最低.

The biological characteristics of Corynespora cassiicola was reported in this paper. The results showed that the optimum temperature for mycelial growth is 25-30℃, but 30℃ is the most suitable temperature. The optimum pH is 4-8. The mycelium of Corynespora cassiicola grew well on the media with maltose as the carbon sources. KNO_3 is the best nitrogen source. The optimum temperature for conidial germination is 20-35℃, but 25℃ is the most suitable temperature. Water drop is necessary for conidial germination. Conidial germination had no obvious effects between different pH media. Conidia germinated at a lower rate on the media using fruc-tose as the carbon sources.
