以苯基三氯硅烷和甲基三氯硅烷为主要原料,以不同摩尔比(1:1,2:1,3:1)合成了三种梯形聚苯基/聚甲基倍半硅氧烷树脂(1~3),其结构经UV和IR表征.热重分析发现,1~3的热分解温度分别为470 ℃,517 ℃和540 ℃,说明随着苯基三氯硅烷与甲基三氯硅烷摩尔比增大,热稳定性增加.用量子化学方法计算发现苯基硅氧烷的C-Si键长比甲基硅氧烷C-Si键短,且更牢固.

Three ladderlike polyphenyl/methyl silsesquioxane resins(1~3) were synthesized from methyltrichlorosilicane and phenyltrichlorosilicane with different ratios of 1 :1, 2 :1 and 3 :1, respectively. The structures were characterized by UV and IR. The thermal decomposition temperatures of 1~3 are 470 ℃, 517 ℃ and 540 ℃, respectively by DTG. The thermal stability of the polymer increased with the increase of mole ratio of phenyltrichlorosilicane to methyltrichlorosilicane. It is found by quantum chemistry calculation that the C-Si bond length of phenyl silicone is shorter and firmer than that of methyl silicone.
