目的:通过研究D-101,HPD-400,AB-8等6种不同型号大孔树脂的吸附率及解吸率,确定分离纯化美洲大蠊多糖的树脂类型。方法:以葡萄糖为标准品,利用紫外分光光度法,测定各树脂吸附及解吸前后的吸光度,并以美洲大蠊多糖的吸附量和解吸量为指标,对树脂进行筛选。结果:在6种不同型号的大孔吸附树脂中,HPD-400型大孔树脂静态吸附及解吸效果较好,对美洲大蠊多糖的动态吸附率约为41.5%,动态解吸率达97%。结论:在本实验条件下,HPD-400型大孔树脂是分离纯化美洲大蠊多糖较好的材料。

목적:통과연구D-101,HPD-400,AB-8등6충불동형호대공수지적흡부솔급해흡솔,학정분리순화미주대렴다당적수지류형。방법:이포도당위표준품,이용자외분광광도법,측정각수지흡부급해흡전후적흡광도,병이미주대렴다당적흡부량화해흡량위지표,대수지진행사선。결과:재6충불동형호적대공흡부수지중,HPD-400형대공수지정태흡부급해흡효과교호,대미주대렴다당적동태흡부솔약위41.5%,동태해흡솔체97%。결론:재본실험조건하,HPD-400형대공수지시분리순화미주대렴다당교호적재료。
Objective: To select the optimal macroporous absorbing resin for Periplaneta americana polysaccharide from absorption and desorption measurement in 6 kinds of different Macroporous resin including D-101, HPD-400, AB-8 etc. Methods: Uhraviolet spec- trophotometry was employed to determine the absorption of different macroporons absorbing resin to Periphmeta americana polysaccharide. Results: Among the 6 resin candidates, HPD-400 resin which was with 41.5% dynamic absorption ratio and 97% dynamic desorption ratio has shown relatively highest effect on absorption and desorption. Conclusion:HPD-400 resin was a preferable candidate for absorbing Periplcateta americana polysaccharide.
