Based on construction engineering projects in the feasibility study stage,design phase,project implementation stage,the final accounts of the completed project cost expense control,combined with the main factors which influence the costs at each stage,and expounds the factual control for the costs control at each stage with examples,which provided scientific method for reducing building engineering cost at the maximum and obtaining better economic efficiency.
