C反应蛋白(CRP)是一种炎症相关蛋白,是宿主先天性免疫应答的一部分.炎症反应通过损害DNA,可促进新生血管形成、细胞增殖、凋亡形成而促进肿瘤生长.血CRP浓度的升高为炎症和组织损伤的标志,在恶性肿瘤的发生发展中扮演重要角色.研究表明,其升高和肿瘤患病风险、临床分期、预后等均相关.CRP检测方便,检测方法成熟,因此可望成为肿瘤检测的新指标.

C reactive protein(CRP),a protein related to inflammation,is part of the host's inherent immune response.The inflammation promotes carcinogenesis hy damaging DNA,stimulating angiogenesis and cell proliferation,and inhibiting apoptosis.The elevated CRP serum level,as a marker of inflammation and tissue damage,plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of malignant disease.Researches have proved that the its elevation is associated with the risk of tumor generation,clinic stage and prognosis.With the convenience and maturity of the measuring procedure,the measurement of CRP could be a new index in tumor detection.
