目的 探讨轴向控制动力性锁钉在股骨、胫骨干骨折治疗中的效果. 方法通过对100例股骨、胫骨干骨折应用轴向控制动力性锁钉的手术操作、疗效及并发症等进行追踪研究.结果 本组病例骨折93例一期愈合,其余病例尚在随访中,没有出现伤口感染或断钉等并发症.结论 轴向控制动力性锁钉是一种新型内固定材料,具有内固定可靠、操作简便、骨折愈合快及并发症少等优点.
目的 探討軸嚮控製動力性鎖釘在股骨、脛骨榦骨摺治療中的效果. 方法通過對100例股骨、脛骨榦骨摺應用軸嚮控製動力性鎖釘的手術操作、療效及併髮癥等進行追蹤研究.結果 本組病例骨摺93例一期愈閤,其餘病例尚在隨訪中,沒有齣現傷口感染或斷釘等併髮癥.結論 軸嚮控製動力性鎖釘是一種新型內固定材料,具有內固定可靠、操作簡便、骨摺愈閤快及併髮癥少等優點.
목적 탐토축향공제동력성쇄정재고골、경골간골절치료중적효과. 방법통과대100례고골、경골간골절응용축향공제동력성쇄정적수술조작、료효급병발증등진행추종연구.결과 본조병례골절93례일기유합,기여병례상재수방중,몰유출현상구감염혹단정등병발증.결론 축향공제동력성쇄정시일충신형내고정재료,구유내고정가고、조작간편、골절유합쾌급병발증소등우점.
Objective To study axial brake dynamic locking intramedullary nail of therapy effect to the shaft of femur and tibia fracture. Methods To research the operation and efficacy and complication of dynamic locking intramedullary nail effect to 100 cases shaft of femur and tibia fracture. Result 93 cases of the group were primary healing; the others are still at follow-up survey, and no complication of wound infection or broken nail. Conclusion Axial brake dynamic is new internal fixation material and has much advantage such as confident internal fixation, fast healing and few complica-tions.
