设计了一种新型磁流变阻尼器,可适应于多自由度振动控制.阻尼器采用了分体式结构设计,解决了磁流变液沉淀、过热、布线困难、阻尼通道设计不尽合理等问题,有着易安装、散热好、结构简单、效率高等优点.根据Bingham模型对磁流变阻尼器进行了建模,并采用Simulink进行仿真,分析了控制电流、激振频率和振幅对阻尼器阻尼特性的影响.

A kind of new typed magnetic rheology damper was designed in this paper; it suits the vibration control of multi degree of freedoms. This damper adopted the split typed structural design and solved problems of sedimentation, over heating of magnetic rheology liquid, wiring difficulty, and the design of the damping channel was not to the utmost reasonable etc., and has the advantages of easy assembling, good heat radiation, simple of structure and high efficiency etc., The modeling was carried out on the magnetic rheology damper according to Bingham model, and adopting the Simulink to conduct simulation. Influences of controlling current, excitation frequency and amplitude on the damping characteristics of damper were analyzed.
