为了重建微型胶囊在人体肠道内的三维空间运动轨迹,运用核医学成像原理,通过ECT拍摄原始实验图像,在Visual C++6.0环境下编写程序,运用矩阵变换进行图像数据处理,计算出微型胶囊的三维坐标.重建出了连续时间内,微型胶囊的人体肠道运动轨迹.与人体消化道钡餐造影图片对比,重建图能够较好地描绘出肠道走向.
為瞭重建微型膠囊在人體腸道內的三維空間運動軌跡,運用覈醫學成像原理,通過ECT拍攝原始實驗圖像,在Visual C++6.0環境下編寫程序,運用矩陣變換進行圖像數據處理,計算齣微型膠囊的三維坐標.重建齣瞭連續時間內,微型膠囊的人體腸道運動軌跡.與人體消化道鋇餐造影圖片對比,重建圖能夠較好地描繪齣腸道走嚮.

The 3-dimisinal(3-D)traces of the microcapsule navigating are reconstructed through the gastrointestinal (GI)tract.The primitive experimental pictures of the microcapsule are taken via ECT by exploiting the imaging principle of nuclear medicine.Image and data processing is performed by matrix transform and then programmed by Visual C++6.0 to obtain the 3-D coordinates of the microcapsule.The traces of the microcapsule in the GI tract are reconstructed during continuous time.The results indicate that the contour of the GI tract can be better depicted by reconstruction drawings than by the barium meal picture.
