目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后电话随访对患者康复训练依从性的实施效果.方法将86例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组采用常规出院宣教,观察组在此基础上实施电话随访,比较两组患者康复训练依从性和不同时段的术后效果.结果观察组康复训练依从性明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),术后残留腰腿痛明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论电话随访可以提高患者康复训练的依从性,减少腰腿痛的残留,从而提高患者的生活质量.
목적 탐토요추간반돌출증술후전화수방대환자강복훈련의종성적실시효과.방법 장86례요추간반돌출증환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조,매조43례,대조조채용상규출원선교,관찰조재차기출상실시전화수방,비교량조환자강복훈련의종성화불동시단적술후효과.결과 관찰조강복훈련의종성명현고우대조조(P＜0.05),술후잔류요퇴통명현저우대조조(P＜0.05),차이구유통계학의의.결론 전화수방가이제고환자강복훈련적의종성,감소요퇴통적잔류,종이제고환자적생활질량.
Objective Follow-up phone used in prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc postoperative patients rehabilitation training compliance of the implementation of the effect.Method 86 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into trial group and control group all 43 cases,the o control group with conventional discharge,the observation group based on the phone,and implementation of follow-up compare two sets of patients rehabilitation training compliance and at different times of the postoperative effects.Results The observation group rehabilitation training is obviously higher than that of the control group compliance ( P ＜ 0.05 ),postoperative residual backleg pain was significantly lower than the control group( P＜ 0.05 ),The difference have statistical significance.Conclusion Follow-up phone can improve patients rehabilitation training compliance,reduce the residual backleg pain,so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.
