采用硫酸二乙酯的化学诱变方法,通过对突变株的推理选育筛选得一株乳链菌肽抗性菌株L-D-2,效价最高达到2 570 IU/mL,比出发菌株提高了2.13倍.该菌株传代的稳定性试验表明:L-D-2有较稳定的产乳链菌肽的遗传特性.推理选育乳链菌肽高产菌株的方法快速、有效,可以进一步推广.

Applied the way of DES mutation and filter mutation stain through rational screening. The mutant L-D-2 was obtained, which has a productivity with 2570 IU/mL and was 2.13 times higher than the original strain. The experiment results of L-D-2 continuous generations showed that the strain had higher and stable genetic characteristic. The way of rational screening high producing Nisin strain is clipping and effective, which can be more extended.
