目的 探讨临床上易被误诊为病毒性心肌炎的常见病、误诊原因及防治措施.方法 选取2005年1月~2008年1月间在我院诊治的被误诊为病毒性心肌炎的患者42例,总结分析误诊疾病、原因及防治措施.结果 被误诊为"病毒性心肌炎"的患者经我院门诊及住院检查,分别被诊断为心脏神经症16例(38.10%),功能性早搏10例(23.81%),预激综合征并阵发性室上性心动过速8例(19.05%),β-受体功能亢进症2例(4.76%),左室假腱索、肋软骨炎、上呼吸道感染、肺炎各1例(各占2.38%).结论 临床医师应严格掌握病毒性心肌炎的诊断标准,合理选择相关辅助检查,加强对类似疾病的认识,从而提高确诊率.

Objective To invesgate the common diseases misdiagnosed as viral myocarditis, causes of misdiagnosis, prevention and cure measures. Methods 42 cases who were misdiagnosed as viral myocarditis in our hospital from January in 2005 to January in 2008 were selected to analyse the common diseases and causes of misdiagnosis and preventive measures. Results By checking in clinic service or in hospital, there were16 cases (38.10%) diagnosed as car-dioneurosis, 10 cases (23.81%) diagnosed as functionality bearing premature, 8 cases(19.05%) diagnosed as preexcitation syndrome combined with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, 2 cases (4.76%)diagnosed as hyperfunction of β-recipient, 1 case diagnosed as false tendon of left cardiac ventricle, costal chondri-fis, upper respiratory tract infection and pneumonia respectively(2.38%). Conclusion The clinicians should grasp the diagnostic criteria of viral myocarditis, se-lect correlative auxiliary examination reasonbly, reinforce the cognition of the disease similar to viral myocarditis, and improve the rate of final diagnosis.
