利用亚硫酸铵作为吸收剂进行氨法烟气脱硫模拟实验,主要考察了吸收液进塔pH值、液气比、吸收液浓度、进口SO2浓度、进口烟气温度等主要影响因素对脱硫效率的影响,并从理论上分析了它们之间的内在关系,得出了适宜的操作条件范围.
利用亞硫痠銨作為吸收劑進行氨法煙氣脫硫模擬實驗,主要攷察瞭吸收液進塔pH值、液氣比、吸收液濃度、進口SO2濃度、進口煙氣溫度等主要影響因素對脫硫效率的影響,併從理論上分析瞭它們之間的內在關繫,得齣瞭適宜的操作條件範圍.

Modeling experiments of flue gas desulphurization (FGD) were performed using ammonium sulfite as adsor-bent. The influence of main factors including pH and concentration of absorption liquid as well as ratio of liquid to gas volume, SO_2 inlet concentration and inlet gas temperature on the efficiency of FGD by ammonia was studied. Relation-ships of affecting factors and desulphutization efficiencies were analyzed, and suitable operating conditions were achieved as well.
