采用应变速率循环法(基于时间间隔)研究了TA15钛合金的超塑性拉伸变形行为及组织变化规律.结果表明,在变形温度分别为850、900、950℃,应变速率范围为5×10~(-6)~5×10~(-4)S~(-1)的实验条件下,TA15具有良好的超塑性.在超塑性拉伸过程中,试样变形区将发生动态再结晶,使原始条状初生α相破碎、细化和等轴化,有利于超塑性的提高.在最佳超塑性条件下(900℃),两相等轴状较多且比例非常接近,α相数量相比拉伸前试样有所减少,初生α相大小及分布较均匀,但点状α相有一定的长大,β相有少许的合并长大.

The super-plastic tensile deformation behavior and microstructure evolution law of TA15 alloy were investigated by the method of strain rate cycling (SRC). The experimental results show that TA15 alloy has good super-plasticity in the temperature and strain range (850, 900, 950℃, 5×10~(-6)~5×10~(-4)S~(-1)). During super-plastic tensile deformation, the dynamic recrystallization which can improve the super-plasticity occurs in deformation zone of the specimen and the original strip primary α phase is cracked, refined and equiaxed. On the optional superplastic condition (900 ℃), the magnitude of α phase decreases to original specimens, the volume of point a phase increases, the distribution and size of α phase are uniform. β phase merges and grows up a few.
