[目的]初步研究山核桃果皮提取液的抑菌活性.[方法]通过测定山核桃果皮提取液对供试黄瓜枯萎病菌Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum和番茄灰霉病菌Botrytis cinerea Pers.菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的抑制作用,初步研究了山核桃果皮提取液的抑菌活性.[结果]核桃果皮提取液除了能抑制供试菌株菌丝生长外,对病原菌孢子萌发和芽管生长也具有显著的抑制作用.培养9 h后,与对照相比,对黄瓜枯萎病菌孢子萌发的抑制率为73.9%,芽管长的抑制率为63.5%;对番茄灰霉病菌孢子萌发的抑制率为82.7%,芽管长的抑制率为65.1%.此外,山核桃果皮提取液具有明显的促进黄瓜种子发芽的作用.[结论]该研究为山核桃果皮提取物开发为杀菌剂提供理论依据.

[Objective] The purpose aimed to study the antibacterial activity of Carya cathayensis pericarp extract. [Method] The antibacterial activity of C.cathayensis pericarp extract was measured by analyzing the inhibitory effect of C.cathayensis pericarp extract on the mycelium growth and conidial spore germination of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum and Botrytis cinerea Pers.. [Result] C. cathayensis pericarp extract could evidently inhibit the mycelium growth of test strains and the germination and tube growth of conidia. Compared with control, the inhibition rate on the spore generation of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum was 73.9% and the inhibition rate of the tube growth was 63.5% after culture 9 days. For Botrytis cinerea Pers., the inhibition rate on the spore generation and the tube growth was 82.7% and 65.1% respectively. Furthermore, C.cathayensis pericarp extract had obvious promotion effects on the seed germination of cucumber. [Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis for developing C. cathayensis pericarp extract as antiseptic.
