实验分别以分步浸渍法和均相沉淀法制备Ni-Na/硅藻土催化剂.考察了不同Na助剂的Ni-Na/硅藻土催化剂在1,2-环己二醇脱氢制邻苯二酚的催化反应中的催化性能,以Na_2SO_4为助剂,强化了催化剂表面的强酸中心及弱碱中心,有效抑制了氢解产物苯酚的生成.在320℃、LHSV 4.0 h~(-1) 、30 mL/min N_2反应条件下,邻苯二酚的选择性达81.98%,邻苯二酚收率达80.01%.
實驗分彆以分步浸漬法和均相沉澱法製備Ni-Na/硅藻土催化劑.攷察瞭不同Na助劑的Ni-Na/硅藻土催化劑在1,2-環己二醇脫氫製鄰苯二酚的催化反應中的催化性能,以Na_2SO_4為助劑,彊化瞭催化劑錶麵的彊痠中心及弱堿中心,有效抑製瞭氫解產物苯酚的生成.在320℃、LHSV 4.0 h~(-1) 、30 mL/min N_2反應條件下,鄰苯二酚的選擇性達81.98%,鄰苯二酚收率達80.01%.

Ni-Na/kieselguhr catalysts were prepared via an impregnation and homogeneous precipitation method. The effects of Ni/kieselguhr catalysts with different Na promoters for preparing catechol from 1, 2-cyclohexanediol dehydrogenation were studied. The Na_2SO_4 promoter strengthened the strong acid sites and weak base sites, and prohibited the formation of phenol. The selectivity and the yield of catechol were 81.98% and 80.01%, respectively, under the conditions of 320 ℃, LHSV 4.0 h~(-1) and 30 mL/min N_2.
