Campus physical culture is one of the most vital parts of socialism education, which as well is the fundament of national physical culture. The overall development in ideology, intelligence and physical culture is the standard for cultivating talents in china. Sports tournament is not only one of the most significant parts of campus physical culture, but an important way to carry out widely collective sports and contribute to impro- ving sports level. It can also improve all the teachers and students initiatives of physical training, summarize and exchange experience, develop students good virtues of bravery, perseverance, the obeying of rules and respecting for referees. Furthermore, sports tournaments play a decisive role in enriching and enlivening extracurricular activities and building harmonious campus culture. This topic obtains some beneficial experience and considerable issues to be explored on basis of summarizing various measures for conducting campus sports tournaments in SCUTA.
