应用型本科高校的根本任务是提高应用型人才培养质量，其关键是树立质量管理的理念，根据学校实际情况，规范和强化教学管理，提高教学管理的有效性。本文在全面分析应用型本科高校教学管理现状的基础上，阐释了教学管理有效性的内涵，并通过深入思考，提出了提高教学管理有效性的若干途径。
