Conclusion There is an elevated prevalence of high risk HPV types 16 and 18 in patients with giant condyloma acuminatum
目的 探讨巨大尖锐湿疣患者皮损人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)-DNA型别.方法 收集门诊2007年1月至2010年1月巨大尖锐湿疣患者67例,凯普导流杂交基因芯片技术对疣体行HPV-DNA分型检测.结果 67例巨大尖锐湿疣患者中63例检测出HPV-DNA,阳性率为94.02%.HPV-DNA阳性者中检出低危型HPV 84例次(占60.87%),高危型HPV 54例次(占39.13%).HPV亚型仍以低危型HPV6、11为主,但高危型HPV16、18偏高.结论 巨大尖锐湿疣感染高危型HPV16、18偏高.

목적 탐토거대첨예습우환자피손인유두류병독(HPV)-DNA형별.방법 수집문진2007년1월지2010년1월거대첨예습우환자67례,개보도류잡교기인심편기술대우체행HPV-DNA분형검측.결과 67례거대첨예습우환자중63례검측출HPV-DNA,양성솔위94.02%.HPV-DNA양성자중검출저위형HPV 84례차(점60.87%),고위형HPV 54례차(점39.13%).HPV아형잉이저위형HPV6、11위주,단고위형HPV16、18편고.결론 거대첨예습우감염고위형HPV16、18편고.
Objective To determine the genotypes of human papillomavirus (HPV) in patients with giant condyloma acuminatum.Methods Sixty-seven outpatients with giant condyloma acuminatum collected from January 2007 to January 2010 were included in this study.Lesional specimens were obtained from these patients.The genotypes of HPV were determined by flow-through hybridization and gene chip assay.Results Of the 67 cases of giant condyloma acuminatum,63 (94.02%) were positive for HPV DNA.Among the HPV DNA-positive specimens,84 (60.87%) harbored low risk types of HPV,54 (39.13%) high risk types of HPV.Type 6 and 11were the predominant low risk HPV types,while type 16 and 18 were the major high risk HPV types.
