目的提高血气分析对于诊断肺栓塞价值的认识。方法对32例PTE患者的血气检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果32例PTE患者血气分析显示：PaO2降低的敏感性为75%，PaO2降低+PaCO2降低敏感性为93.4%，PaCO2降低+P＜A-a＞O2升高的敏感性为96.9%。结论PTE时动脉血气分析以PaCO2降低和P＜A-a＞O2升高为指标，可提高其诊断的敏感性。
목적제고혈기분석대우진단폐전새개치적인식。방법대32례PTE환자적혈기검사결과진행회고성분석。결과32례PTE환자혈기분석현시：PaO2강저적민감성위75%，PaO2강저+PaCO2강저민감성위93.4%，PaCO2강저+P＜A-a＞O2승고적민감성위96.9%。결론PTE시동맥혈기분석이PaCO2강저화P＜A-a＞O2승고위지표，가제고기진단적민감성。
Objective To better understand the value of blood gas analysis indiagnosing pulmonary thromboembolism.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out about the result of the blood gas examination in 32 cases of PTE. Results The analysis of the PTE cases indicated that sensitivity of PaO2 decrease was 75 %; the sensitivity of PaO2 decrease plus PaCO2 was 93.4 %, and the sensitivity of PaO2 decrease plus P＜ A - a＞ O2 increase was 96.9 %. Conclusion When PaO2 decrease and P＜ A- a＞O2 increase are taken as the main indexes for arterial blood gas analysis to diagnose PTE, the sensitivity of the diagnose can be improved.
