目的:观察七叶心康胶囊是否有心血管方面的药理活性作用,为进一步开发三七茎叶提供依据.方法:采用七叶心康胶囊对氯仿诱导小鼠心律失常动物模型、乌头碱诱导大鼠心律失常动物模型、异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠急性心肌缺血的动物模型和七叶心康胶囊对大鼠体耳部血流灌注和血液粘度的影响等实验研究来观察七叶心康胶囊对心血管方面的药理活性.结果:实验表明七叶心康胶囊对对氯仿诱导小鼠心律失常模型动物、乌头碱诱导大鼠心律失常模型和异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠急性心肌缺血模型动物均有保护作用;七叶心康胶囊具有提高正常大鼠耳部血流量,降低正常大鼠全血的血液粘度.结论:七叶心康胶囊在心血管方面具有较强的药理活性,值得作进一步的研究和开发.
目的:觀察七葉心康膠囊是否有心血管方麵的藥理活性作用,為進一步開髮三七莖葉提供依據.方法:採用七葉心康膠囊對氯倣誘導小鼠心律失常動物模型、烏頭堿誘導大鼠心律失常動物模型、異丙腎上腺素誘導大鼠急性心肌缺血的動物模型和七葉心康膠囊對大鼠體耳部血流灌註和血液粘度的影響等實驗研究來觀察七葉心康膠囊對心血管方麵的藥理活性.結果:實驗錶明七葉心康膠囊對對氯倣誘導小鼠心律失常模型動物、烏頭堿誘導大鼠心律失常模型和異丙腎上腺素誘導大鼠急性心肌缺血模型動物均有保護作用;七葉心康膠囊具有提高正常大鼠耳部血流量,降低正常大鼠全血的血液粘度.結論:七葉心康膠囊在心血管方麵具有較彊的藥理活性,值得作進一步的研究和開髮.

Objective: To observe the protective effect of Qiyexinkang capsule on arrhythmia mice models through experiment to prove the pharmacological activity functions of Qiyexinkang capsule for cardiovascular and provide the basis for the further development of stem and leaf of Panax notoginseng. Methods: A chloroform-induced arrhythmia mice model, an aconitine-induced arrhythmia rat model and an isoproterenol-induced acute myocardial ischemia rat model were made to test the effect of Qiyexinkang capsule on the ear blood perfusion of rats and their blood viscosity so as to select the pharmacological activity functions of Qiyexinkang capsule for cardiovascular. Results: Qiyexinkang capsule showed an obvious protective effect on the chloroform-induced arrhythmia mice, aconitine-induced arrhythmia rats and isoproterenol-induced acute myocardial ischemia arrhythmia rats and could greatly improve the blood flow of the ears of the test mice and lower the blood viscosity of the normal rats. Conclusion: Qiyexinkang capsule has a strong pharmacological activity for the cardiovascular and is worth studying and developing further.
