以6个在黑龙江省大面积推广的高油或高蛋白大豆品种(垦农4号、垦农18、垦农19、垦农21、垦农22、垦农30)与6个转基因抗除草剂品种(TSB1~TSB6)进行杂交,对杂交后代F_1、F_2、F_3和BC_1的抗除草剂特性进行了遗传分析并对每个世代抗感比进行统计分析.结果表明:抗除草剂基因在F_2代开始分离,各世代抗感比为F_2代3: 1、F_3代5: 1、BC1代1: 1,符合孟德尔遗传规律,表明抗除草剂基因由1对显性基因控制.

이6개재흑룡강성대면적추엄적고유혹고단백대두품충(은농4호、은농18、은농19、은농21、은농22、은농30)여6개전기인항제초제품충(TSB1~TSB6)진행잡교,대잡교후대F_1、F_2、F_3화BC_1적항제초제특성진행료유전분석병대매개세대항감비진행통계분석.결과표명:항제초제기인재F_2대개시분리,각세대항감비위F_2대3: 1、F_3대5: 1、BC1대1: 1,부합맹덕이유전규률,표명항제초제기인유1대현성기인공제.
Six high-quality soybean varieties(Kennong 4,Kennong 18,Kennong 19,Kennong 21,Kennong 22 and Kennong 30)largely promoted in Heilongjiang Province were used to conduct the direct and reciprocal crosses with six transgenic herbicide-resistant varieties(TSB1-TSB6).The genetic analysis of herbicide-resistant for F_1,F_2,F_3 and BC_1 generation were conducted,and the ratio of resistant and non-resistant plant in each generation were 3: 1,5: 1 and 1: 1.Results indicate that herbicide-resistance was controlled by a dominant gene and it could be explained by Mendelian genetic principles.
