用水将荞麦花中的水溶性成分提取后,再从水溶性提取物中将黄酮类物质分离,用硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠方法对黄酮的含量进行了测定,求得其校准曲线的回归方程为y=11.902x-0.021,相关系数为r=0.9996.平均回收率为100.8%.RSD=0.98%(n=5).
