提出了一种适合脉冲MAG焊工艺的零电压软开关电路拓扑,并对其工作机理进行了系统研究.为提高软开关弧焊电源控制的灵活性,开发了基于DSP的数字化控制系统,由软件对脉冲调制(PwM)波形进行移相控制,实现开关管的零电压开通和关断.利用DSP内部集成的PWM发牛模块,通过选择合适的工作方式实现了PWM信号的直接数字化控制,从而实现了脉冲MAG焊高频逆变和低频脉冲波形调制.试验结果表明,所设计的软开关脉冲MAG焊逆变电源具有全范围的软开关能力,焊接性能好,稳定可靠.

This paper puts forward a novel zero voltage switching(ZVS)circuit which satisfies technological request of pulse MAG welding power source and also systemically discusses the operation principle of the circuit.In order improve tne soft-switching arc welding inverter control flexibility,the pulse MAG welding power source has developed on the bases of DSP control svstem.The system realized ZVS as a result of phase-shifted pulse width modulation(PWM)control by software.By the help of the intemal integrated PWM modules in DSP and the appropriate methods of work,the direct digital contorl of PWM signal aB well as high-frequency and low frequency pulse modulation of inverter are achieved.The result of the experiment demonstrate that the soft-switching pulse MAG welding inverter power source has got soft-switching in full range,and the welding quality is excellent.
