以氯化镉、氯化锌和硫化钠为原料,巯基乙酸为表面修饰剂,水为溶剂,制备了CdxZn1-xS纳米晶。通过X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、紫外可见分光光度计、荧光光度计手段对样品的结构性能进行了表征。结果表明,CdxZn1-xS纳米晶具有立方晶形,粒径分布窄,表现出量子尺寸效应,经紫外光激发表现出良好的光致发光性能。在高压汞灯照射下,CdxZn1-xS纳米晶对甲基橙溶液具有良好的光催化降解效果。

Cadmium chloride,zinc chloride and sodium sulfide were employed as raw materials to fabricate water-soluble CdxZn1-xS nanocrystals in the presence of thioglycollic acid(TGA) as surface modifier.The structure and properties of these nanocrystals were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM),Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-vis) and photoluminescence spectrum(PL).Homogeneous CdxZn1-xS nanocrystals had the same well-crystallized cubic lattice structure with relatively narrow size distribution and quantum size effct.The series CdxZn1-xS nanocrystals exhibied good photoluminescence properties when excited by ultraviolet light.The good photocatalysis of CdxZn1-xS nanocrystals in methyl orange under high-pressure mercury lamp illumination was investigated.
