目的分析比较噬菌体生物扩增法和涂片法在检测肺结核痰标本中的应用价值.方法将400份临床确诊的肺结核患者痰标本分别行噬菌体生物扩增法和涂片法检测,统计其阳性率,并将100例非肺结核患者用同样方法检测后,比较两组的假阳性率.结果噬菌体生物扩增法阳性率为58.5％,明显高于涂片法29.5％(P＜0.05),两组检测假阳性率之间差异无统计学意义(P＞ 0.05).结论噬菌体生物扩增法检测的阳性率高,假阳性率低,且检测周期短,可以作为一种快速诊断指标在临床运用.

Objective To compare the value of phage amplified biologically ( PhaB ) assay with that of smear method in detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods The sputum specimens from 400 patients clinically diagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis were detected by PhaB assay and smear method.The positive rate was counted.The sputum samples from 100 patients with nonpulmonary tuberculosis were detected by the same methods.The false positive rate was compared between the two groups.Results The positive rate of PhaB assay was significantly higher than that of smear method ( 58.5％ vs.29.5％,P＜ 0.05 )； and there was no significant difference between the two groups in false positive rate ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusions Phage amplified biologically assay has a high positive rate and a low false positive rate as well as a shorter detection cycle.it can be used as a rapid diagnostic index in clinical application.
