目的 探讨以问题为基础学习( problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法在基础医学整合课程中的应用.方法 将浙江医学高等专科学校2010级临床医学专业124名学生随机平均分成PBL教学班和传统方法教学班,教学结束后统计分析两班学生的考试成绩,并向PBL教学班学生发放调查问卷,调查PBL教学的效果.结果 考试成绩分析发现,两班学生的总成绩无明显差异,而基础理论题成绩传统教学班学生高于PBL教学班,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;案例分析题PBL教学班学生成绩明显高于传统教学班,P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义.问卷调查结果显示,PBL教学班中有87.1%的学生认为提高了学习兴趣和自信心,85.5%的学生认为自学能力得到加强,77.4%的学生认为提高了团队合作意识,有93.5%的学生觉得PBL教学方法加强了基础知识与临床实践的联系.结论 在基础医学整合课程教学中,PBL教学方法优于传统教学方法,能够调动学生的学习积极性,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力.

Objective To investigate the application of problem-based learning(PBL) in the integrated curriculum of basic medical courses in vocational college.Methods 124 students in Clinical Medicine major were selected to divide into PBL class and lecture-based learning (LBL) class randomly.The students' test scores were used for statistical analysis after teaching and the questionnaires were issued to the students of the PBL teaching classes to investigate the effects of PBL teaching.Results There was no significant difference in the total theory score between the two classes.Although the PBL class was a little lower than the LBL class in the basic theory score,it was significantly higher than the LBL class in the case analyzing score.The survey results showed 87.1% of students believed the PBL method would help them build confidence and increase their interests in study.85.5% of students believed it would improve selflearning ability.77.4% of students believed that it would strengthen the sense of team-cooperation.93.5% of students believed that it would strengthen the relationship between basic medical course and clinical medical course.Conclusions In the integrated curriculum of basic medical courses,PBL is superior to the traditional method in its function to promoting the study positivity.Also it can promote the students' abilities of analyzing and resolving problems.
