应用选择性培养基从奶牛阴道中筛选出1株产酸革兰氏阳性杆菌,通过形态学、培养特性、生化特性、16SrDNA基因序列测定与同源性分析,确定该菌为嗜酸乳杆菌;动物试验表明,该菌无致病性.本试验为进一步研究调节奶牛阴道微生态平衡、防治奶牛子宫内膜炎的微生态制剂奠定基础.
應用選擇性培養基從奶牛陰道中篩選齣1株產痠革蘭氏暘性桿菌,通過形態學、培養特性、生化特性、16SrDNA基因序列測定與同源性分析,確定該菌為嗜痠乳桿菌;動物試驗錶明,該菌無緻病性.本試驗為進一步研究調節奶牛陰道微生態平衡、防治奶牛子宮內膜炎的微生態製劑奠定基礎.

A bacterial strain was screened from the vagina of a cow by using selective culture. Based on morphological features, physiological and biochemical characteristics,sequencing and phylogenetic analyses of 16SrDNA gene, the strain was identified as Lactobacillus acidophilus. Animal experiment indicates that the strain is safe. The study lays a foundation for further research on regulating vaginal micro-ecological balance,preventing and treating cow endometritis.
