Based on the analysis of the application requirement and structural characteristics of the moulded part;,the injection mould with complex core-pulling mechanism was designed.The structural characte ristics and working principle of the mould were discussed.The feasibility of combination of angle guide piliar side core-pulling and driving of angle ejection was studied.The mould is compact in structure,reliable for operation,convenient for maintenance.The quailty of the moulded part is excellent and the production efficiency is high.
