采用模糊连接分割算法克服牙齿边界的模糊性对待选牙齿进行初分割,以获取完整的外缘轮廓,其次采用牙弓拟合及牙缝定位方法获取牙缝边界信息,并对初分割结果施以边界约束,从而克服模糊连接分割算法难于分割粘连牙的特点.实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地分割出单颗牙齿,将其扩展到CT序列切片上,即可实现单颗牙齿的三维分割,克服畸形牙的分割难题.

An innovative method is proposed. Firstly, the tooth is segmented to get the intergrated outlier with fuzzy connectedness algorithm to overcome the blurred boundary of CT image, secondly teeth interstices are obtained with dental arch fitting and teeth interstices positioning method, lastly the outcome of the first step is confined with boundary condition by teeth interstices. The method offsetted the deficiency of fuzzy algorithm in segmenting the adhere parts. As the experiments showed, the proposed method segment single tooth effectively, and implement the 3d segmentation for segmenting abnormal tooth easily, when it is extended to CT series.
