为研究定心藤中总有机酸的最佳提取工艺,建立其测定方法,采用正交实验法考察了乙醇含量、固液比、提取时间及提取次数4个因素对该工艺的影响, 利用电位滴定法对其进行了测定.结果表明,定心藤中总有机酸提取的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇含量75%,固液比1: 10,提取时间2.5 h,提取次数3次;电位滴定法对其测定简单可行,精密度高,重现性好,为定心藤进一步研究和资源开发利用提供一定的科学依据.
為研究定心籐中總有機痠的最佳提取工藝,建立其測定方法,採用正交實驗法攷察瞭乙醇含量、固液比、提取時間及提取次數4箇因素對該工藝的影響, 利用電位滴定法對其進行瞭測定.結果錶明,定心籐中總有機痠提取的最佳提取工藝為:乙醇含量75%,固液比1: 10,提取時間2.5 h,提取次數3次;電位滴定法對其測定簡單可行,精密度高,重現性好,為定心籐進一步研究和資源開髮利用提供一定的科學依據.

To study the optimum extracting process of total organic acids from Mappianthus iodoies and establish a determination method for total organic acid, the effects of concentration of ethanol, ratio of solid to liquid,frequency of extraction and time of extraction were investigated by orthogonal design and was determined with potential titration.The results show that the best extraction conditions are to use φ=75% ethanol as extractor with the radio of 1: 10 at the temperature of 80 ℃ for 2.5 h, and extracting 3 times.The determination method is simple, reproducible and suitable.It concludes these results provided certain scientific basis for further efficacy of research and development of Mappianthus iodoies.
