在配浆浓度控制过程中,由于其过程参数在生产过程中变化很大,采用常规控制方法不能始终保持最优运行;针对配浆浓度控制过程具有滞后和大干扰等特点,提出一种基于变步长灰色预测的配浆浓度模糊控制算法;该算法根据新陈代谢原理,建立等维新信息预测模型,将预测概念扩展为前向和后向预测,并与模糊控制相结合,以实现配浆浓度的精确控制;实际运行结果表明采用变步长灰色预测算法,能够减少浓度滞后的影响,使得浓度的控制精度和运行速度都得到了较大提高,消除了系统的振荡,完全能满是配浆过程浓度的工艺要求.

In the control process of plasma consistency, its process parameters vary widely in the production process, so it is difficult to maintain the optimum operating by using conventional control methods. In view of plasma consistency with lag and big interference, a fuzzy control algorithm based on variable-step gray prediction. The forecast concept is extended to future and past forecast. By integrating grey prediction with fuzzy control, the consistency is precisely controlled. The results show that using variable-step gray prediction algorithm, which can reduce the impact of the concentration of lag, obtaining high control precision and speed, eliminating the system oscillation, fully able to meet with the process of the concentration of plasma process requirements.
