目的 探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与淋巴管生成的相关性.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测口腔鳞状细胞癌中COX-2及D2-40的表达情况,并计数淋巴管密度(lymphatic vessel density,LVD).结果 和正常组织比较,口腔癌中COX-2的表达明显增高,有淋巴结转移的口腔鳞状细胞癌患者COX-2的阳性率显著高于无淋巴结转移组(χ2=6.435,P<0.05),LVD计数显著高于无转移组(t=2.446,P<0.05),口腔鳞状细胞癌中COX-2与LVD之间具有相关性(r=0.552,P<0.05).结论 COX-2与口腔鳞状细胞癌的淋巴管生成有关,在口腔鳞状细胞癌的淋巴结转移中可能起着重要作用.

목적 탐토배양화매-2(COX-2)재구강린상세포암중적표체급기여림파관생성적상관성.방법 응용면역조화SP법검측구강린상세포암중COX-2급D2-40적표체정황,병계수림파관밀도(lymphatic vessel density,LVD).결과 화정상조직비교,구강암중COX-2적표체명현증고,유림파결전이적구강린상세포암환자COX-2적양성솔현저고우무림파결전이조(χ2=6.435,P<0.05),LVD계수현저고우무전이조(t=2.446,P<0.05),구강린상세포암중COX-2여LVD지간구유상관성(r=0.552,P<0.05).결론 COX-2여구강린상세포암적림파관생성유관,재구강린상세포암적림파결전이중가능기착중요작용.
Objective To investigate the correlation between expression of COX-2 and lymphangiogenesis in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of COX-2 and D2-40 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was evaluated by using immunohistochemistry, and the number of D2-40 positive lymphatic vessels were regarded as lymphatic vessel density (LVD).Results The expression of COX-2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal tissue, and the expression of COX-2 and LVD in oral squamous cell carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). COX-2 expression was correlated with LVD in oral squamous cell carcinoma(r=0.552, P<0.05).Conclusion COX-2 is a significant factor for lymphangiogenesis, which may be involved in the lymph node metastasis in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
