采用重选和反浮选相结合的方法对广东云浮天然黄铁矿进行提纯,经气流粉碎后获得平均粒径为13μm、T Fe和S含量分别为45.30wt%、50.95 wt%的黄铁矿超微细粉体,采用XRD、EDS、XPS以及TG对黄铁矿超微细粉体进行了表征。XRD与EDS分析结果表明黄铁矿超微细粉体的主要物相为黄铁矿FeS2,粉体颗粒呈不规则形状;TG结果表明黄铁矿超微细粉体在440℃前具有较好的热稳定性,XPS分析表明黄铁矿超微细粉体表面Fe以Fe3+形式存在,S主要以SO42-形式存在。

In the work,natural pyrite samples from Yunfu were employed as the source materials,and ultrafine pyrite powder was prepared via deep processing including reelection,reverse floation and airflow grind,which the concentrations of T Fe and S were 45.30 wt%,50.95 wt% respectively and the average grain size was 13 μm.The ultrafine pyrite powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),Thermo-gravimetric analysis(TG) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).XRD and EDS demonstrate the phase of ultrafine pyrite powder is mostly pyrite FeS2.TG shows ultrafine pyrite powder has excellent thermo-stability under 440 ℃.XPS represents that Fe and S on the ultrafine pyrite powder surface exist in the form of Fe3+ and SO42-,respectively.
