目的探讨舒适护理在无痛输卵管结扎术中的应用.方法选择在我院实施无痛输卵管结扎术的患者400例,随机分为两组,对照组给予围手术期常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予舒适护理.观察两组患者心理焦虑状态及对护理工作满意度.结果两组患者术后焦虑程度较治疗前有所改善,观察组术后焦虑程度明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组患者对护理的满意度显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论舒适护理可有效改善接受无痛输卵管结扎术患者心理焦虑状态,提高患者对护理工作的满意度.

Objective To investigate the effects of comfortable nursing on the painless tubal ligation.Methods Four hundred cases accepted painless tubal ligation were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was received routine nursing,and observation group was given comfortable nursing based on routine nursing.Anxiety and patients' satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results Anxiety were relieved after surgery in both groups,and that in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P＜0.05).The degree of patients' satisfaction was significantly higher in observation than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Comfortable nursing can effectively improve the anxiety of patients with painless tubal ligation and the satisfaction to the care work.
