目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑状况的不同程度和特点为心理干预提供依据.方法用Zung氏焦虑状况自评量表(SAS)对186例妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑状况进行测评.结果经济负担、文化程度、性格特点、夫妻关系危机、不了解手术和麻醉等多因素,是妇科腹腔镜手术患者发生焦虑状况主要原因.结论根据调查显示妇科腹腔镜手术患者心理健康状态存在不同程度焦虑,临床上可以通过针对原因进行心理干预,对缓解患者的焦虑有积极作用.

Objective To explore the reason of anxious of peritoneoscope surgery patients in gynecology department, and the countermeasure. Methods SAS was applied to evaluate 186 patients' anxious condition with peritoneoscope surgery in gynecology department. Results The economic burden, the years of schooling, the disposition characteristic, the crisis of husbands and wives relation. Not understanding the surgery and the anaesthesia and so on multi - factors were the main reason of anxious of peritoneoscope surgery patients in gynecology department. Conclusions According to the investigation, it demonstrats that the patients with peritoneoscope surgery in gynecology department have psychologically healthy condition. Psychological intervention for reasons can improve the patients'anxiety.
