基于赫兹弹性接触理论和弹性梁理论,建立了一种考虑滑块裙部变形的滚珠直线导轨副垂直刚度模型。通过与文献中滚动直线导轨副垂直刚度试验值进行比较,验证了该模型的有效性。利用有限元技术对由理论模型计算得到的滑块裙部变形量进行验证,二者最大误差不超过3.5%。该模型可以有效描述滑块裙部的变形状态,能够更准确地计算滚珠直线导轨副垂直刚度。

Based on the Hertzian contact theory and elastic beam theory,a theoretical model of the vertical stiffness of preloaded linear motion guide considering the flexibility of the carriage was established.By comparing the calculated vertical rigidity of the linear motion guide with the measured results proposed in a literature,the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical model was verified.The validation of the side face deformations were verified through FEA.With relative errors less than 3.5%,the calculated outward carriage deformations match the FEA results well.Clearly,the theoretical model can deal with the vertical stiffness of preloaded linear motion guide more accurately compared with the present models.
