Combining with the geological circumstance of the project of some residential high-rise building, the paper explores the reducing and bailing scheme of the deep foundation pits of the project, identifies the technical measures, including the dewatering well, the recirculation, the drainage ditches, and introduces the factual construction craft and the quality control points, so as to provide the direction for the similar deep foundation pit projects in future.
