将1日龄天府肉鸭健雏300只随机分为6组,分别饲喂添加不同铜含量的日粮,以观察高铜对红细胞免疫黏附功能的影响。结果发现:高铜饲粮导致雏鸭红细胞C3bR花环率降低,红细胞免疫黏附能力下降,加铜剂量越高,C3bR花环率下降辐度越大。
將1日齡天府肉鴨健雛300隻隨機分為6組,分彆飼餵添加不同銅含量的日糧,以觀察高銅對紅細胞免疫黏附功能的影響。結果髮現:高銅飼糧導緻雛鴨紅細胞C3bR花環率降低,紅細胞免疫黏附能力下降,加銅劑量越高,C3bR花環率下降輻度越大。
장1일령천부육압건추300지수궤분위6조,분별사위첨가불동동함량적일량,이관찰고동대홍세포면역점부공능적영향。결과발현:고동사량도치추압홍세포C3bR화배솔강저,홍세포면역점부능력하강,가동제량월고,C3bR화배솔하강복도월대。
In this experiment, the effect of high dietary copper on the function of red cell immune adherence (RCIA) was studied. 300 1-day-old meet Tianfu ducklings were randomly divided into 4 groups, and fed on diets with different doses. The result showed that the radio (%) of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette of every experimental groups decreased to some degrees (P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01 ).
