Compares the simulation analysis results of shearers' casting haulage unit model with the welding haulage unit model. Obtains weak positions of the welding model, and carries some structures and craft improvements to those positions. It can provide the theory basis to forecast weak positions of product before manufacturing, thus enhances the reliability and the service life for shearers.
