持续八年的艰苦抗战，使湖南农业蒙受巨大灾难，为恢复农业生产，加快战后重建的步伐，成立于1945年的湖南善后救济分署开展了一系列的农业善后救济工作。农业善后救济工作的展开有效缓解了湖南的灾情，为战后湖南农业的恢复和发展做出了积极贡献。但在农业善后救济过程中，由于主客观条件的制约，也存在诸多不足之处。
지속팔년적간고항전，사호남농업몽수거대재난，위회복농업생산，가쾌전후중건적보벌，성립우1945년적호남선후구제분서개전료일계렬적농업선후구제공작。농업선후구제공작적전개유효완해료호남적재정，위전후호남농업적회복화발전주출료적겁공헌。단재농업선후구제과정중，유우주객관조건적제약，야존재제다불족지처。
