针对理工科硕士毕业生就业焦虑,采用状态一特质焦虑量表和应对方式量表,对合肥市211高校和985高校503名理工科硕士毕业生进行问卷调查,研究理工科硕士毕业生就业焦虑状况及其与群体性质、应对方式等要素之间的关系。调查数据分析表明:理工科磺士毕业生的就业焦虑情况比较严重,群体性质对就业焦虑影响呈现不同的特点,就业焦虑与应对方式显著相关,解决问题、自责、幻想和退避对就业焦虑的各要素及焦虑总分均有显著的预测作用。同时还发现,在就业焦虑方面,存在学院类别和有无找工作经历的差异,而且差异十分显著。文中最后给出若干应对研究生就业焦虑的措施。

503 science and engineering master graduates from colleges and universities supported by "Project 211" and "Project 985" in Hefei have completed two questionnaires including State-Trait Anxiety Inventory and Xiao Jihua's Coping Style Questionnaire for this investigation which is focused on researching the employment anxiety of graduates. The current situations of employment anxiety of science and engineering master graduates and the relationships among employment anxiety, group properties and coping style are studied. The investigation results are as follows= the employment anxiety of science and engineering master graduates is serious; the group properties exert impact on employment anxiety in different ways; there is a very significant correlation between employment anxiety and coping styles; factors of employment anxiety and total points in anxiety inventory may be highly hypothesized by one's ability of solving problems, sel&accusation, fantasy and backoff behaviors. Meanwhile, in the aspect of graduates' employment anxiety, there are very significant differences in different schools' graduates and who whether had a job-hunting experience. Finally, some countermeasures in this respect are given.
