采用PEG/硫酸铵双水相体系分离纯化荷叶黄酮。实验结果表明:在PEG 4000的质量分率为25%,(NH4)2SO4的质量分率为10%,加入粗提液3 mL,在常温下,荷叶黄酮的萃取率可达97%以上。

채용PEG/류산안쌍수상체계분리순화하협황동。실험결과표명:재PEG 4000적질량분솔위25%,(NH4)2SO4적질량분솔위10%,가입조제액3 mL,재상온하,하협황동적췌취솔가체97%이상。
A kind of aqueous two-phase system composed of PEG,(NH4)2SO4 and water was used to separate and purify total flavonoids from lotus leaves.The results showed that the best ATPS was composed of 25 % PEG4000 and 10 %(NH4)2SO4,and addition of sample was 3 mL at room temperature.Under this conditions,the yield can reach to 97 %.
