采用表面分子印迹技术和溶胶-凝胶技术,以3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体,四乙氧基硅烷为交联剂,合成了以雌二醇为模板的分子印迹聚合物。研究了该聚合物的合成条件,并用平衡结合实验研究了该聚合物的识别性能。结果表明,在所研究的浓度范围内,雌二醇分子印迹聚合物的饱和吸附容量为6.689 mg/g,而非模板聚合物的饱和吸附容量为4.491 mg/g。二者相比,雌二醇分子印迹聚合物表现出很高的吸附容量。

The molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by a surface molecular imprinting technique in combination with a sol-gel process using estradiol as the template molecule 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as functional monomers and tetrahydrofuran as cross-linker.The thesis studied the polymer synthesis conditions and equilibrium binding experiment with a combination of properties of the polymer.The results showed that the polymer saturated adsorption capacity for estradiol was 6.689 mg/g,the non-imprinted polymer saturated adsorption capacity for estradiol was 4.491 mg/g.The polymer gave much higher adsorption capacity for estradiol than the non-imprinted polymer.
