用硅烷偶联剂处理二元接枝氯丁胶，探索了合成的最优工艺条件，并进行了性能测试。胶黏剂通过C1K—A90在溶剂甲苯中与甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行接枝共聚合成共聚物。最优条件为：引发剂BPO占乳液总质量的0．5024％～0．5332％，硅烷偶联剂KH-560用量控制在0．1％～0．5％范围内，反应温度为85℃，反应时间为3ho合成的胶黏剂具有良好的粘度和综合性能。
