用硅烷偶联剂处理二元接枝氯丁胶,探索了合成的最优工艺条件,并进行了性能测试。胶黏剂通过C1K—A90在溶剂甲苯中与甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行接枝共聚合成共聚物。最优条件为:引发剂BPO占乳液总质量的0.5024%~0.5332%,硅烷偶联剂KH-560用量控制在0.1%~0.5%范围内,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为3ho合成的胶黏剂具有良好的粘度和综合性能。

The dual stem grafting neoprene was processed with the silicon hydride resin acceptor, the most superior technological conditions been had explored. Then the performance test has carried on. Graft copolymerization of adhesive and polymethylmethacrylate with CR-A90 in solvent toluene synthetic eopolymers. Most superior condition: initiator BPO occupies the emulsion lumpy mass 0.5024%-0.5332%, the used of silicon hydride resin acceptor is 0.1%-0.5%, the reaction temperature is 85℃, the reaction time is 3 h. The synthesis rubber mounts the medicinal preparation to have the good viscosity and the overall performance.
