目的:研究黄芪多糖(Astragaluspolysacch~rides,APS)对2型糖尿病(2-Diabetes;2一DM)大鼠脑神经生长因子(~ervegrowthfactor,NGF)mI~NA表达的影响。方法:随机选取以不同剂量的APS灌胃的2型糖尿病大鼠,以生理盐水灌胃的2型糖尿病大鼠及正常对照组大鼠各10只,用RT—PCR,法测定脑神经生长因子mP~NA的表达。结果:2型糖尿病大鼠脑神经生长因子mRNA表达下降,服用黄芪多糖的2型糖尿病大鼠脑神经生长因mP~NA表达上调。结论:黄芪多糖能增加2型糖尿病大鼠脑神经生长因子基因的表达。

목적:연구황기다당(Astragaluspolysacch~rides,APS)대2형당뇨병(2-Diabetes;2일DM)대서뇌신경생장인자(~ervegrowthfactor,NGF)mI~NA표체적영향。방법:수궤선취이불동제량적APS관위적2형당뇨병대서,이생리염수관위적2형당뇨병대서급정상대조조대서각10지,용RT—PCR,법측정뇌신경생장인자mP~NA적표체。결과:2형당뇨병대서뇌신경생장인자mRNA표체하강,복용황기다당적2형당뇨병대서뇌신경생장인mP~NA표체상조。결론:황기다당능증가2형당뇨병대서뇌신경생장인자기인적표체。
[Objective] To study the effect of astragalus polysaccharides on the expression of the brain nerve growth factor mRNA in type 2 diabetic rats. [Method] To select type 2 diabetic rats with gastric filling of various dosage of astragalus polysaccharides and physiological saline, 10 rats in each group and 10 normal rats as control, the expression of brain NGF mRNA was measured with by RT-PCR. [Result] The mRNA expression of brain NGF in type 2 diabetic groups was lower than that of normal group, and the astragalus polysaccharides groups were higher than that of type 2 diabetic model. [Conclusion] Astragalus polysaccharides could increase the mRNA expression of brain NGF in type 2 diabetic rats.
